Spyware has proved to be a major problem for all the people related to IT industry and also for normal users. More than 47% of the businesses, dependant on the internet, have suffered badly because of this severe problem.
The system is vulnerable the most when downloading or browsing. This is the best time for spyware to enter the system. Microsoft has now developed improved versions of internet explorer like version 7, with good results, but still the problem persists. Internet explorer is giving such problems as it is more vulnerable to the attacks. People have now shifted to other browsers like the Mozilla’s Firefox. This browser is more secure and much more stable as compared to internet explorer.
People are now much more aware and more knowledgeable regarding spyware and viruses than ever. More and more people are getting to know about ways and means to get rid of the problem. Precautions are being taken but the users are still waiting for a program which can provide complete removal of spyware and protection against it.
